Lecture 2: Inspiration for stellar moments - with reading aloud and dancing

How can reading aloud, music and movement create presence, recognition and joy — even when language and memory fail? Get inspiration and concrete examples of how caregivers can create meaningful star moments for people with dementia through reading aloud and dancing.

You are welcome alone or you can take your loved one with dementia under your arm so that you can have a special experience together. Join us for an evening where we will reminisce, dance (with head sets on) and feel together.

Why are we giving the lectures?

When a person is diagnosed with dementia, situations can arise that are difficult to cope with for both the person with dementia, the family and the rest of the network. Therefore, Kerteminde and Nyborg Municipalities, in cooperation with Alzheimerforeningen Fyn, Ældre Sagen, Friends of the Club and Nyborg Senior Council, will hold three informative lectures for all interested parties.

The three lectures each have their own theme, and one lecture may well stand alone. Of course, you are also welcome to buy tickets for all four lectures and get all the information. If you want to go to several lectures, you need to buy a ticket for each one. You should be aware that the lectures are held at different locations.
